     The H ealth Services Department is one of most important centers

     ofschool life. While we are here for any student who becomes ill or

     gets hurt during the school day, our purview extends much further

     than that. We are a constant hub of activity. We schedule sports

      physicals for our students all year long. We monitor immunization

     records to ensure compliance with State regulations. We refer students

     in need of Child Study Team or other services. We work hand-in-hand

     with teachers, administrators and support staff to ensure the overall

     well being of both our students and our staff. Please do not hesitate

     to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.

***ATTENTION STUDENTS AND PARENTS!*** 

• The School Physician will be here every other Wednesday during the school year.
• There will be NO summer physical dates for ANY upper classmen.
• There is ample time for ALL MRHS and satellite students to get physicals done here at school prior to the end of the school year.

PHYSICAL DATES FOR INCOMING FRESHMEN AND NEW STUDENTS ONLY!!!

Tuesday, July 20:  9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Wednesday, July 28:  3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

NEW REGISTRATIONS ONLY:  Wednesday, August 18: 9:00 am - 10:30 am

LAST PAPERWORK REVIEW FOR ALL FALL SPORTS PARTICIPATION WILL  BE 

WEDNESDAY AUGUST 18 FROM 9:00 - 10:30.

ANY PAPERWORK HANDED IN AFTER THAT DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE

REVIEWED UNTIL AFTER THE START OF SCHOOL. NO STUDENT MAY

PARTICIPATE IN ANY FALL SPORT UNTIL THEIR PAPERWORK

HAS BEEN REVIEWED BY THE SCHOOL DOCTOR. 

SUBMIT YOUR PAPERWORK IN A TIMELY FASHION OR YOU

WILL NOT BE ON THE FIELD. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

***REMINDER***

  According to NJ State Law, all private physician physicals for sports

 MUST be submitted to the Nurse's office so

that  the school physician can review and approve them.

Students CANNOT  play sports and CANNOT attend team practices

  until the school physician gets the physicals for review.

NO EXCEPTIONS !

IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ALL FORMS

AND CHECK WITH THE HEALTH OFFICE, BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL ONLY,

PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON AS TO WHAT THEY NEED

OR TO BE SCHEDULED FOR A PHYSICAL.
