• Due to COVID-19 and the lengthy e-learning endeavor that we just completed, Monmouth Regional High School will not have required summer assignments for the summer of 2020.

Because of the high expectations and course load of Advanced Placement courses, the following AP courses have some suggested preparatory work for the summer.  This work is suggested, but not required.  Click on any of the links below for the suggested summer work.  If you do not see an AP course below, then there is no suggested summer work for that course.

For any families looking to do some preparatory work in mathematics or language arts, all of the summer assignments from 2019 have been left in these folders (Math / English) for your personal use.  Also, Khan Academy has offered a new suite of courses called "Math Get Ready Courses".  If you know what course you are taking next year, there are "Get Ready" courses for Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, and Precalculus.  Again, these are options for families looking for summer resources.

Additionally, if you are thirsty for a FREE audiobook, swing by the MRHS virtual book nook linked below to peruse some awesome titles.  Each week through 7/31, 2 titles will be released.  Once you are in the virtual cafe, all you need to do is click my laptop for step-by-step instructions to set up your library and listening app.  When that's done, you can just download, kick back, and listen.  What easier way to keep your brains sharp and nimble while enjoying summer break?  Take the title with you and listen on the app while embarking on a road trip, hiking, or cleaning your room. 🙂 Enjoy!
