Hello!

My name is Karin Blumetti. I am the newest member of the Monmouth Regional High School counseling team.  This is my 8th year as a high school counselor. I have to say I absolutely love it here at Monmouth Regional! There is a real feeling for a sense of community at MRHS and I am grateful to be a part of that.

I have earned my Master's Degree from Georgian Court University where I received my School Counseling Certificate. I really enjoy working with the high school population and getting to know all my students. One of my strongest assets is advocating for my students and teaching them that life-long tool to advocate for themselves. My students' needs are a priority for me and I ensure that I come to work daily with that in mind.

I want to add that, as an educator and a parent myself, I am able to empathize and understand some of the struggles parents go through. Please use me as a resource to help you.
