Fall Student Athletes:
All medical forms are to be completed and signed appropriately, these forms should be placed in an envelope addressed to the attention of the school nurse Therese Cahill and dropped off at the main office Monday-Thursday 7:30am-2:30pm by 10:00am July 31st, 2025 to be considered for Fall sports participation. The doctor’s office does not accept paperwork from parents. The school nurse and school physician will evaluate the examination. Any omissions may delay the pre-participation process. Once your child’s physical has been approved by the school doctor it will be reflected in Genesis.
New: ImPact Testing
This year MRHS student athletes will be completing their baseline concussion testing via the online software ImPact Testing. After successful completion of the test, the Athletic Trainer will submit the completed form in the student's athletic record. The test will be good for a year from when the test is completed. Welcome to Monmouth Regional. I have been with the district since January 2000. I have 17 years of Health and Physical Education teaching experience. , I was Assistant Principal for 2 years and currently serving as the Athletic Director and Health & Physical Education supervisor for the past 20 years. I was a former boys and girls soccer coach for 15 years as well as an Alumni from Monmouth Regional.
