2024 - 2025 Student Device Roll-out
Welcome to Monmouth Regional High School Student 1 to 1 device information page. In 2024-2025 we have changed how we are doing the 1 to 1 program. In 2023-2024 school year we collected all of the devices from the students, so we can update, clean and reorganize deployment of student devices. In September 2024 every MRHS student will be issued a Chromebook to be used at MRHS. No personal devices will be allowed, if found on the network they will be blacklisted. In our Applied Technology labs such as Photo, Graphic Design, Robotics, Game design, Architecture and others we will provide Windows based computers that will have the software to run these programs.
With the 1 to 1 device roll-out, there is no insurance policy to purchase. The students are responsible for their network accounts and devices assigned to them. The students must report any damage or malfunction within 48 hours of the instance. Failure to due to will result in a fine.
Technology Device Roll-out
All students will be issued a school device during home room. The device will have their school ID # on it. If the staff hands them a device with the wrong student ID#, the must turn it in ASAP.

Lost Charger or Stylus - $42
Failed to report damage or intentional damage $50 per incident
Physical Damage - As per policy the students get 1 free pass per academic school year, $50 per incident after
Lost Apple Pencil - $99
Lost device - Current Cost of the device
Need a charger or device loan?
The MRHS Technology department will provide loaner devices for 1 school day. They must be returned at the end of the school day or $150 fine will remain on the account. If your student needs a charger we provide chargers for the day and must be returned at the end of the school day or $42 fine will remain on their account. We do have charging towers and batteries in most if not all of our classrooms at MRHS.
