I have been a School Counselor at Monmouth Regional High School since the 2014. I think that Monmouth Regional has the best mix of students. I love the different personalities and uniqueness of our student body. My role here is to help. To help my students figure out their plan for after high school, to help them pass their classes and graduate on time, to help them feel comfortable in this building, and to help them realize how great they are!!

As the School Counselor, I perform the following roles in order to promote positive development in academic, career, and personal/social domains:

Individual counseling
Small group counseling
Course Scheduling
The college application process
Facilitate and monitor academic intervention meetings/plans
Observe students in various school environments
Act as a consultant and referral source between school, parents, and the community

At Monmouth Regional, we believe that all students deserve a safe, secure, and healthy environment in which to learn. Students have a responsibility to behave in a manner which allows teachers to teach and students to learn. This responsibility grows as a student's self-esteem and character increases, and it is maintained through the cooperative effort of students, staff, and parents.

My primary goal, as the school counselor, is to develop each student's potential for learning and to foster positive interpersonal relationships.

I am also a former coach and a huge sports fan. In my free time, you can find me at many local sporting events. My family and I love to cheer on the Monmouth Regional Falcons!
