Students from Mrs. Oliva’s French classes put on their aprons and headed to the Taste and Technique cooking studio in Fair Haven for a cultural and culinary adventure. They whipped up a delicious French feast in the kitchen including chicken with mustard sauce, ratatouille, and a mouthwatering apple tart topped with fresh caramel sauce for dessert. Students not only learned about recipes, but also the art and history of French cuisine. Bon appétit!
